Denver has grown quickly by attracting people who wanted mountains within an hour of a city job. The resulting patient base is young, active and largely insured.

What the City Is Known For

The Rockies, plainly — skiing, hiking and climbing are the organising principle of local life. Beyond that: a serious craft brewing industry, Red Rocks, a revived downtown, and three hundred days a year of sunshine at altitude.

Before You Commit

Denver fits clinicians who want an active lifestyle and a preventive-led practice, and who are comfortable in a market where housing costs have outpaced wages.
